The sysop flag I was granted by staff in August has since expired, and I am now not able to address a few object issues that I could before with that flag, so I here request this flag again. I have held such a role on both Wikidata and the Bengali Wikisource for years now, and I continue to take a keen interest in the development of this new project and how existing code, particularly in Python, can be written for it. I'd like to be able to help out with translation administration. I have plenty of experience with the extension from other wikis, and have been doing some translation cleanup here, but I didn't want to overload the existing translation admins - eg its been almost a week since I updated Wikifunctions:Confirmed users and it hasn't been marked for translation again. As my Functioneer right is set to expire in just over two months, I’d like to ask for it to be extended or made permanent. I’ve worked on a set of functions for German words (Wikifunctions:Catalogue#German), and will likely continue working with functions as part of maintaining the Wikidata Lexeme Forms tool and its Wikifunctions support.
