- P.S. I am also not sure it is a good idea to distinguish between Southern Min language and Standard Chinese spoken in the Minnan region, it was hardly assumed by those who assigned the codes. --Wolverène (talk) 08:06, 12 October 2023 (UTC)

zh-min-nanalways mean the "Minnan language". - It NEVER means "Standard Chinese spoken in the Minnan region".
